Our Crew

Shana C.
Originally from Plymouth, IN

I have been married to my husband Doug for 19 years.  Together we have 7 kids and 14 grandkids.  Now that my children are grown and out of the house, I have become a dog mom to 2 crazy rescue dogs.

I will be doing the engraving part of the business.  I have 15 years of experience in laser engraving and look forward to this new chapter in my life.

I work in the OP1VET store here in Goshen, Indiana. I have been involved in the engraving industry for almost ten years. I love the mission and support that OP1VET provides our Veterans.

I love reading, cooking and spending time with my family. My husband and I have lived in this area for over thirty years and we have two sons who also live in the northern Indiana area.

Op1Vet has given me opportunity to help out my brothers and sisters that lost much more than I did during their military service.

In my personal time I enjoy spending time with my Grandchildren and watching their sporting events.  Going to the gun range, hunting, and fishing.  Spending time off-roading and functions with my local Jeep Club.

I spent 5 years on active duty in the Marine Corps as a Military Police Officer. I was stationed at MCAS Beaufort in South Carolina and Camp Hansen in Okinawa Japan.

Working with OP1VET allows me to help my fellow veterans and I’m very proud of the work we do.

I love gettin tattoos. My hobbies include gettin black out drunk in my backyard with no shirt on blaring the national anthem at 3 in the mornin. Workin for OP1VET is like no job I’ve experienced before. I love the comradery I share everyday with the guys I work with. Changing the life of a veteran in need is a humbling experience and gives me a sense of purpose.

Also I love America. Trump 2024

United States Marine Corps, 3rd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion & 31st MEU.  Two combat tours to Iraq (2004-2006). I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice after my time in service.
OP1VET has given me an new opportunity to serve.  Not just my country but my brothers and sisters in arms.  We are providing veterans with a new lease on life by what we do as a company.  The one thing veterans always miss after they leave the service is the brotherhood that is created and this crew recreates that bond and I couldn’t be more proud to be apart of this team and this family!

In my off time, I am active in my church at Grace Community and spend time with my family & friends.
